Ongoing Engagement

BNW continued engaging with key stakeholders, including the Burnaby Hospital Foundation and local MLAs.

BNW also submitted Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and participated in the 2027 Provincial Budget consultation process to support transparency and accountability.

Following the Province’s decision to re-pace the project and cancel the Alliance Development Contract, BNW continues to monitor updates and keep residents informed about the future of Burnaby Hospital Phase 2.
